Concessions policy

Camden Art Centre offers discounts and concessionary prices for selected courses and workshops. Customers are required to submit evidence of eligibility as a condition of use.

Please note that we do not offer concessions or discounts on our ceramics courses or workshops that are run in partnership with Turning Earth.

How to access concessionary prices

If you are entitled to pay a reduced rate:

  1. Select your course on our Shop/Eventbrite.
  2. At checkout add the appropriate discount code.
  3. Submit your evidence of eligibility to courses@camdenartcentre.org, with the subject line ‘concession’:

- Please include the course/workshop title, date and your name in your email.
- Evidence should be sent within 7 days of purchase – or at least 2 days before the start of the workshop/course if you book less than a week before it begins.
- If we do not receive your evidence by the due date your place will be cancelled and payment refunded.
- Please redact any personal information from your documents before sending.
- Any evidence received will be treated confidentially, deleted within a week of receipt and will not be kept on file.

Concessionary prices

Student discount

If you are a full-time student, we offer a 10% discount on our courses and workshops.

Please ensure that you follow the above process for submitting evidence.

Concessionary fee

We offer a 25% discount on our courses and workshops to those in receipt one of the following benefits:

- Universal Credit
- Jobseeker's Allowance
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Working and Child tax credits
- Pension Credit Council
- Tax Reduction Housing Benefit

Terms

We reserve the right to limit the number of concessionary places on any course or workshop and/or change the guidelines on entitlement to concessionary fees.
