Shipping and Customs Policy
Environmental Commitment:
Due to our environmental commitment we aim to dispatch our orders weekly every Tuesday. Our delivery service is charged by the item dimensions and weights and according to your delivery destination and includes a handling fee.
UK Shipping:
Sent through Royal Mail 2nd class, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from dispatched date.
International Shipping:
Sent through our courier service, dispatch information and tracking numbers will be sent via email.
Editions:
Delivery for Camden Art Centre Limited Artists’ Editions will be sent separately from any other item you might order from the Camden Art Centre Online Shop.
VAT:
VAT is now calculated at checkout. If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, UK value added tax (VAT) will be deducted from your order charges.
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, UK value added tax (VAT) will be deducted from your order charges. However you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and delivery service charges relevant to the country the item is being delivered to, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance directly before the item can be delivered.
Upcoming Festive Season 2023 - Postage and Shipping:
Our Galleries and Shop will be open until 6pm on Friday 22 December. We are encouraging collection from our Shop upon online purchase to avoid delays with postage.
For UK postage in time for Christmas, please place your order by Friday 15 December.
