About the Edition
In this softground etching, the title references the thirteen track on Mariah Carey’s The Emancipation of Mimi album. The mark-making echoes feelings and mappings of a landscape. Floating and fleeting musical marks appear in a continuous form.
Zeinab Saleh (b.1996, Kenya, Nairobi) lives and works in London. She received her BFA from Slade School of Fine Art in 2019.
